Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of digital marketing strategies and be able to develop and manage innovative campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize various digital marketing efforts, including social media, email marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), content marketing, and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising. The Digital Marketing Executive will play a critical part in enhancing our online presence and achieving our business growth objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to achieve company goals.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various digital channels to attract the target audience.
  • Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns with analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with the design and content team to ensure creative consistency in campaigns.
  • Implement and optimize SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and traffic.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with business objectives.
  • Maintain the company’s online reputation through social listening and engagement.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technological advancements.
  • Develop and maintain a marketing calendar with scheduled campaigns and promotions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing within a corporate or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with content management systems such as WordPress is desirable.
  • Familiarity with design software like Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
