Salesperson / Digital Marketing Specialist


Job Description:

Aram Building Contracting LLC is seeking a dynamic and creative Salesperson / Digital Marketing Specialist who possesses a strong understanding of social media (SOCMED) marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to drive growth and engagement while leveraging their skills in photography and editing.

 Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, SEO/SEM, email, and display advertising.

-Social Media Management: Design, build, and maintain our company’s social media presence on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter.

-Content Creation: Capture and edit high-quality images and videos to create engaging content tailored for our target audience across all digital channels.

Campaign Measurement: Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Assess and evaluate against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis to inform sales strategies.

-Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and improve conversion rates.

 Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Proficiency in photography and experience with photo/video editing software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools.
