- Supervise receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch processes.
- Monitor order accuracy, turnaround time, and daily workload completion.
- Ensure inventory integrity through cycle counts and proper stock rotation
- Assign daily tasks and shifts; ensure proper manpower allocation.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the warehouse team.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, returns, and inventory movements.
- Coordinate with transport, procurement, and retail teams to support store replenishment and special deliveries.
- Act as the first point of contact for resolving floor-level issues
- Communicate clearly with upstream and downstream stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
