This
Procurement Coordinator role sits within our Procurement Function — a key team that helps drive cost efficiency, supplier collaboration, and operational accuracy across the Group.
What You’ll Do
- Support procurement activities including sourcing, vendor communication, and purchase order management
- Prepare cost analyses, procurement reports, and vendor comparisons using advanced Excel techniques
- Analyze spend data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities
- Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking with accuracy
- Develop clear, insightful PowerPoint reports and dashboards for internal and management review
- Collaborate with suppliers, Finance, and internal departments to ensure seamless procurement processes
- Monitor inventory levels, track delivery timelines, and ensure contract compliance
- Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation for audit readiness
- Support internal and external audits with required data and documentation
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- 1–3 years of experience in procurement, finance, or data analysis
- Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF functions, and data modeling)
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills and report formatting abilities
- High numerical aptitude and confidence working with large data sets
- Understanding of procurement processes and vendor coordination
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proactive, self-driven, and able to work independently
- Immediate availability is strongly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with ERP systems
- Prior experience in procurement coordination or finance-related roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
