As a CyberSecurity Assurance Services Manager, you will lead the strategic oversight and operational delivery of cybersecurity assurance services across the Emirates Group, ensuring the effective implementation of security controls, proactive risk mitigation, and alignment with organisational objectives. Drive cross-functional collaboration to maintain and enhance the security posture of applications, infrastructure, and vendor ecosystems through centralized governance of critical assurance functions, including security tooling, metrics, penetration testing, secure coding training, and architecture oversight

In The Role, You Will

  • Lead and govern the delivery of cross-functional cybersecurity assurance services, including security tooling, metrics, Vulnerability Assessment and Penetration Testing (VAPT), secure coding training, and architecture oversight, ensuring consistent, high-quality outcomes aligned with Emirates Group’s risk appetite and strategic priorities.
  • Manage the deployment, optimisation, and maintenance of enterprise cybersecurity tools, ensuring comprehensive coverage, timely vulnerability remediation, and integration with IT processes to safeguard applications and infrastructure.
  • Drive the development and reporting of security metrics and data insights, providing actionable intelligence to stakeholders and senior leadership to enable proactive risk mitigation, resource prioritization, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead, mentor, and empower vulnerability and testing assurance leads and cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, accountability, and effective stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment with security requirements and business objectives.
  • Govern the implementation and validation of security controls, secure practices, and architectural standards, ensuring adherence to industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and Emirates Group’s cybersecurity framework.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) in Cybersecurity, Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • Recognized certifications in cybersecurity and ethical hacking (e.g., CEH, Security+, CCNA, cloud security, mobile application security) supporting a foundation of technical credibility and professional growth.
  • Experience working in cybersecurity operations, risk management, or security auditing ideally in a global, highly matrixed IT environment
  • Experience and deep understanding of applying ISO/IEC 27001, ISO/IEC 2000 or CBCI, CBCM, frameworks such as ITIL.
  • Extensive experience in penetration testing, vulnerability assessment, and security automation, with a proven track record of leading enterprise-scale VAPT and assurance initiatives.
  • Advanced expertise in identifying, exploiting, and remediating complex vulnerabilities (e.g., SQL injection, out-of-band exploitation, business logic flaws) across diverse platforms, including web, mobile, cloud, and critical infrastructure.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional cybersecurity teams (VAPT, secure coding, architecture, tooling) and driving high-impact security programs in large organisations.
  • Deep knowledge of security automation frameworks, secure CI/CD integration, and the deployment of advanced tooling for vulnerability discovery and remediation.
  • Proficiency in secure architecture design, cloud security controls, and the implementation of zero-trust models, including third-party access management and identity lifecycle automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver practical developer security awareness and training programs, promoting secure coding, proactive threat modelling, and a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Up to date with emerging trends in AI-powered security automation, real-time application defence, and the integration of intelligence-driven solutions into enterprise security operations.
