Job Description

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF ROLE

To support the delivery of design and production tasks across all internal and external marketing collateral by ensuring the timely execution, accuracy and quality of artwork deliverables, aligning with flydubai’s brand guidelines, maintaining high standards across all Content & Graphics Unit (CGU) outputs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepares artwork files for print and digital use based on briefs provided by the marketing team and CGU leads and ensure updates, adaptations and revisions are accurately implemented across all collateral.
  • Collaborates with the Artwork team and external vendors to ensure final outputs are aligned with brand, technical specifications and quality expectations and support internal quality control by participating in peer reviews and artwork checks.
  • Drives alginment with the project owners to clarify artwork details, technical issues and deadlines and provide timely updates on task status and flag any risks to delivery or quality.
  • Maintains proper file organisation, version control and naming conventions as per CGU guidelines and support the efficient flow of production work by adhering to established systems and processes.
  • Participates in feedback sessions and performance evaluations to continuously improve technical and creative capabilities and support the team by taking initiative on design tasks, contributing to the creative process where appropriate.
  • Executes translations and localization of artwork for multilingual campaigns across diverse target markets to ensure relevance across multilingual marketing campaigns.
  • Utilizes artwork management tools and stay updated on design trends, innovations and software improvements enhancing production quality.
  • Ensures all artwork strictly adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency, accuracy and integrity across all campaigns and markets by ensuring alignment with the brand tone, visual identity and strategic positioning in all executions.
  • Ensures that all artwork complies with ethical advertising standards and avoid misleading and culturally insensitive content.
  • Implements eco-friendly design and production practices and optimises format to reduce material waste to ensure alignment with sustainability guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (3+ years)
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working in airline operations is desirable
  • Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. High level of familiarity with the Mac operating system. Experienced knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator & Adobe After Effects
  • Years with qualifications: 3 - 5 years

Isr Requirements

Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weakness or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
