Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative - Chinese Speaker, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the high level of customer satisfaction and trust that our company is known for. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our diverse clientele, particularly focusing on our Chinese-speaking customers. You will handle inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and be a brand ambassador through various communication channels such as phone, email, and live chat. Your role requires a high level of patience, empathy, and excellent communication skills to ensure that each customer interaction leaves a positive impression and strengthens the customer relationship. Given the dynamic nature of customer service, you'll be expected to adapt to new challenges regularly while aligning with the company's values and objectives. Our goal is to build a dedicated team of customer service professionals who are passionate about providing outstanding service and solutions.


Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries in Chinese language.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Identify and analyze customer needs to deliver tailored recommendations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve intricate customer issues.
  • Provide detailed information about the company’s products and services.
  • Assist customers with their orders and facilitate the purchasing process.
  • Continuously strive to meet and exceed customer service performance goals.
  • Participate in training sessions to remain updated on product knowledge.
  • Manage multiple communication channels to address customer questions timely.
  • Monitor and report on customer feedback to improve service offerings.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English both written and spoken.
  • Proven customer service or related experience is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills, keen to address diverse customer queries.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with diplomacy and patience.
  • Proficient in using customer service software and technology tools.
  • Strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
