Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer satisfaction, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to maintain a high level of professionalism and friendliness in all interactions. This role will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that all inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and effectively. As a Customer Service Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and providing product information to enhance customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies consistently and comprehensively.
  • Assist with placement of orders, refunds, or exchanges and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and policies.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of company products to address inquiries effectively.
  • Upsell products and services based on customer needs and preferences identified during interaction.
  • Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process and suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening abilities.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices to enhance customer service efficiency.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in customer service is a plus.
