Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
  • Experience in client relations or account management in the IT industry.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse clients.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and developing client relationships.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with IT market knowledge.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desired.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
