Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is a basic educational requirement.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues promptly.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
  • Capability to stand for extended periods and manage physical work.
