A Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Executive plays a vital role in managing a company's relationship with its customers. Responsibilities

  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations in all customer data processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
  • Proven experience in a CRM role or similar customer-focused position.
  • Strong understanding of CRM software applications and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory for this role.
  • Ability to analyze customer feedback and data to drive positive change.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including sales and marketing.
  • Keen attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in data management.
  • Knowledge of customer engagement strategies and lifecycle management is essential.
  • Familiarity with data protection and privacy regulations to ensure compliance.
