We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Corporate Recruiter to join our growing automotive company. This role is crucial in ensuring we attract, source, and hire the best talent in the automotive industry. You will work closely with the hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and strategize innovative ways to bring top candidates into the organization. As the Corporate Recruiter, you will handle the full cycle recruiting process, from posting job ads to onboarding. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the automotive sector, exceptional communication skills, and a knack for networking and relationship building. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Screen resumes and job applications to shortlist potential candidates.
  • Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
  • Provide feedback and recommendation on candidate selection and recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research.
  • Negotiate job offers and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
  • Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to optimize hiring processes.
  • Attend job fairs, recruitment events, and build relationships with educational institutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal regulations and company policies during hiring procedures.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in automotive recruitment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a recruiter, ideally in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, tools, and technologies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build professional relationships.
  • Outstanding organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment efficiently.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
