Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction projects through all phases from inception to completion.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders.
Develop and implement project timelines and ensure adherence to the schedule.
Monitor project finances, ensuring strict budget adherence and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and industry standards on site.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure workmanship meets the required standards.
Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them effectively.
Negotiate contracts with suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to optimize resources.
Facilitate conflict resolution among project team members and other stakeholders.
Prepare and present detailed progress reports to senior management and clients.
Oversee and ensure accurate documentation of project details and changes.
Ensure the delivery of high-quality results that satisfy client and project requirements.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction project management.
Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
Proficient in project management software and construction management applications.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills for effective team management.
Must have excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills.
