Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing and leading construction projects from start to finish. This role will involve planning, budgeting, organizing, and implementing all aspects of the project, ensuring it is completed on time and within budget. The Construction Manager will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other team members to ensure coordination and timely completion of all tasks. Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction projects from beginning to end within budget and timeline constraints.

• Maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Implement and enforce safety regulations and standards on-site to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Manage project budgets, forecasting costs, and providing financial reports to stakeholders as needed.
• Participate in regular meetings with project team members to communicate updates, discuss challenges, and strategize solutions.
