Responsibilities

Evaluate and quantify labor, material, and equipment requirements for projects.
Review historical data to estimate costs and identify potential risks and opportunities.
Collaborate with project teams to align estimates with project goals and expectations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review and client meetings.
Conduct post-project analysis to evaluate accuracy of estimates and improve future processes.
Maintain an up-to-date database of cost information, trends, and best practices.
Stay current with industry developments and regulatory changes affecting construction costs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of five years of estimating experience in the construction industry.
Proficiency in estimating software and advanced knowledge of MS Office tools.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate cost assessments.
Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of successful bid awards and project cost management.
Understanding of construction methods, codes, and regulations for compliance assurance.
Professional certification, such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), is preferred.
