We are seeking a highly motivated Concierge who is fluent in Chinese to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all guests, answering inquiries, and assisting with various requests. As a Concierge, you will need to have strong communication skills in both English and Chinese, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a friendly demeanor. Duties will include making reservations, offering recommendations for dining and entertainment, and ensuring that all guests have a memorable experience. Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for all guests, providing exceptional customer service and assistance in both Chinese and English.
  • Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and reservations, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Provide recommendations and information on local attractions, transportation, dining, and activities to enhance guests' experiences.
  • Coordinate transportation for guests, including booking taxis, arranging airport transfers, and providing directions.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, ensuring accuracy in all procedures and maintaining guest confidentiality.
  • Manage guest requests for special services or amenities, such as room upgrades, special arrangements, or events planning.
  • Maintain a neat and organized concierge desk area, keeping track of schedules, messages, and guest preferences.
  • Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure seamless guest experiences, including housekeeping, valet, and front desk staff.
  • Continuously update knowledge of local events, restaurants, and attractions to provide up-to-date information to guests.
  • Assist with resolving guest complaints and issues, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction and service recovery.

  • Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English languages.
  • Previous experience working in hospitality or customer service industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of local attractions, restaurants, and transportation options.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
