Job Description

As a Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibility will be ensuring our guests receive exceptional service and have an outstanding experience during their stay or visit. You will manage requests for reservations, provide guidance and information about the local area, coordinate services, and ensure that each guest’s needs are met with efficiency and a smile. An ideal candidate has exceptional customer service skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and fostering positive customer relationships, which are vital to our brand's success.


Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome guests with enthusiasm and professionalism upon arrival.
  • Assist guests with making reservations and manage their itineraries efficiently.
  • Provide guests with detailed information and recommendations about the local area.
  • Handle all guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with promptness and courtesy.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest needs are fully met and addressed.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest preferences, schedules, and special requirements.
  • Ensure the lobby and reception areas are kept tidy and inviting at all times.
  • Liaise with external vendors to provide specialized services and experiences for guests.
  • Organize transportation arrangements and logistics for guest outings and excursions.
  • Monitor and log guest feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Communicate effectually with team members and management to relay important information.
  • Adhere to company standards and protocols while delivering personalized guest services.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a concierge, hospitality, or customer service role preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
  • Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a busy environment.
  • Proficient in using computers, reservation systems, and information databases.
  • Ability to remain calm and composed while addressing guest concerns and issues.
  • Knowledge of the local area including attractions, restaurants, and services is advantageous.
  • Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
