Job Purpose

At Emirates, the Skywards department leads the airline’s loyalty strategy, focusing on enhancing member engagement and driving long-term value through innovative rewards and strategic partnerships. The department manages a wide range of initiatives, from data analytics and member insights to global partnerships and co-brand portfolios. Within this scope, the Co-brands Portfolio team is responsible for managing financial partnerships across the UAE and GCC, supporting portfolio growth and delivering on commercial objectives.

As Co-Brands Portfolio Specialist, you will drive the performance of Skywards UAE and GCC Co-brand Financial Partnerships Portfolio in line with strategic, commercial and operational objectives. Manage day-to-day portfolio activities and support the Co-brands Portfolio Manager in maintaining relationships with the international card scheme and to deliver projects that enhance member engagement and partnership value.

In This Role, You Will

  • Deliver accurate and regular portfolio performance reporting by evaluating and tracking KPIs and collaborate with Skywards Data Analytics to enhance reporting tools, evaluate initiative impacts, and identify growth opportunities aligned with the strategy.
  • Support the development of the annual roadmap of initiatives and campaigns using data and market insights.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and monitor budget utilisation with Finance.
  • Conduct market research, track industry trends, and maintain a competitor comparison matrix for GCC Co-brand partners and products.
  • Recommend and lead initiatives to enhance products, processes, and systems including developing business cases and financial forecasts for campaigns and projects.
  • Collaborate with Partnerships Activations to execute GCC Co-brand campaigns, including ideation, business cases, briefs and target audience, fulfilment, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Manage the operational relationship with the Network Provider, track contractual obligations, and support governance meetings by reviewing performance and recommending corrective actions.
  • Liaise with internal teams to gather inputs, track deliverables, and ensure seamless execution of portfolio initiatives. Support the Portfolio Manager in preparing senior management updates.

Qualification

To be considered for this role, you must meet the below requirements:

  • Degree (12+3 or equivalent) with 5+ years of experience in Loyalty & Partnerships / Business Development / Project Management.
  • Proven experience in product or portfolio management, preferably in payment products such as credit cards.
  • Project management experience with the ability to drive progress for initiatives and coordinating with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in analytical and numerical skills with the ability to build financial models and drive data analytic efforts.
  • Ability to synthesise key insights for senior management and proficiency in slide development.
  • Good understanding of the financial industry and intellectual curiosity related to the payments sector and loyalty.
  • Track record of driving results through cross-functional collaboration and very strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, including communication, professionalism and empathy.
  • Outstanding attention to detail as well strong critical thinking and structured problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in Management Consulting will be considered.
