Job Description

As a Client Relation Executive in the IT sector, you will be pivotal in fostering and maintaining robust relationships with clients, understanding their information technology needs, and ensuring they are met through effective solutions. This role requires you to bridge the gap between our clients and our technical team, facilitating transparent communication and ensuring client satisfaction. You will be the go-to person for our clients, addressing their inquiries and issues while proactively identifying opportunities for account growth and service enhancement. In this dynamic role, you will also contribute to enhancing customer loyalty by providing them with consistent value and support in alignment with their business objectives. Success in this position requires a blend of technical understanding, exceptional communication skills, and a client-focused attitude.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients in the IT sector.
  • Identify client needs and contribute to the development of tailored IT solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery to clients.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to review service performance and expectations.
  • Address client concerns and troubleshoot issues in a timely manner.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and ensure optimal client communication.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and demos to clients on available IT services.
  • Drive client engagement and retention through proactive outreach and support.
  • Keep clients informed about new technologies and industry trends relevant to them.
  • Provide feedback from clients to higher management for service improvement.
  • Identify opportunities for up-sell and cross-sell of IT services and products.
  • Maintain detailed records of client transactions and interactions to ensure compliance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management within the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of IT products, services, and market dynamics.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other client management tools.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong client relationships and drive satisfaction.
