Client Advisor

As a FENDI Ambassador in our Store you will be responsible to provide an elevate and luxurious customer journey to each client through Brand DNA Discovery, building loyalty and recruit new clients to achieve and exceed individual and store sales goals.

Main Responsibilitie

• sLead individual sales and achieve performance targets and KPI
• sEngage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categorie
• sGrant an outstanding service to the clients in compliance with the company guideline
• sStrengthen customer relations, and nurture loyal FENDI customer base also implementing appropriate CRM tool
• sManage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professionalism and human touc
• hCorrectly operate the retail IT system for stock transfers, payments, stock inquiries and customer database inpu
• tSupport the store operations activities

• le2+ years’ experience in Fashion/Luxury sal
• esBachelor’s Degree or equivalent is preferr
• edPassion for retail and fashion tren
• dsExcellent communication skills, self-reliant, friendly and patie
• ntOrganization, professionalism, self-confiden
• ceFluent English & Arabic, additional languages will be a plu
