Job Description

The Charter Sales Executive is a vital role within the aviation industry, responsible for driving sales and securing charter contracts. This position involves developing strategic sales initiatives to attract new clients while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of the charter aviation market, excellent negotiation skills, and a customer-first mindset. They will work closely with different departments, including operations and customer service, ensuring seamless execution from lead generation to post-flight follow-ups. This role demands enthusiasm, a proactive attitude, and the ability to adapt solutions to meet clients' diverse needs.


Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the charter aviation sector.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable business terms.
  • Prepare and present detailed proposals and pricing structures to prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure availability and readiness of aircraft.
  • Track market trends and report insights to inform strategic sales initiatives.
  • Coordinate closely with the marketing department to align sales and marketing strategies.
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to showcase charter services and benefits.
  • Ensure all client inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement improvements to enhance service delivery.
  • Manage sales pipeline and regularly update forecasting reports to management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to build networks and identify sales leads.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably within the aviation or charter industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to develop strategic client relationships and generate repeat business.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and sales opportunities.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to meeting sales targets.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools for data management.
