Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to tailor catering solutions that meet client needs.

  • Lead negotiations with clients to maximize profitability and client satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in catering sales or a similar hospitality sales role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Proficiency in sales and CRM software to track and manage client interactions.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
