Job Description
The Car Wash Attendant will be responsible for providing car washing and cleaning services to customers. They will perform various cleaning tasks, including exterior and interior car cleaning, vacuuming, and window cleaning. The Car Wash Attendant will also assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization in the car wash area, including the disposal of waste.
Responsibilities
- Wash, wax, and polish cars to ensure cleanliness and shine.
- Vacuum car interiors to remove dirt, dust, and debris.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces using appropriate cleaning materials.
- Empty waste bins and dispose of waste in designated areas.
- Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or damage.
- Assist customers in selecting appropriate car cleaning services and packages.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the car wash area, including the disposal of waste.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
- Perform general maintenance tasks to keep car wash equipment in good working condition.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in car washing or a similar role is preferred.
- Knowledge of car cleaning techniques and products.
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality cleaning services.
