The Call Center Agent serves as the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner. Working in a busy customer service environment in the UAE, the agent ensures prompt assistance, maintains customer satisfaction, and accurately logs information in systems.
Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
Making outbound calls for follow-ups, surveys, or promotional purposes.
Resolving customer complaints, queries, or requests promptly and professionally.
Logging all interactions in the CRM system with accurate and complete details.
Meeting service level agreements (SLAs) for call handling, resolution times, and quality standards.
Escalating unresolved issues to supervisors or relevant departments.
Staying updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies.
Maintaining a high standard of communication and compliance with UAE call center regulations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
1–3 years of experience in a call center or customer support role.
Fluency in English is required; Arabic and other languages are an advantage.
Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
Excellent telephone etiquette and communication skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a high-pressure, target-driven environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude.
