Your Responsibilities

This position involves the development of plug-ins for DTP applications such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, enabling the automation of marketing material production for clients. Responsibilities include analyzing and clarifying technical requirements in close collaboration with our team based in Germany.

In addition to designing and implementing robust, high-performance solutions, the role also calls for contributing innovative ideas to enhance product capabilities. Ongoing maintenance and optimization of the existing code base form an integral part of the development duties.

Your Qualifications

The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience in C++ software development and demonstrates proficiency with integrated development environments such as Xcode or Visual Studio. Familiarity with common database technologies (e.g., MySQL) and programming languages such as JavaScript is expected.

Additional technical expertise in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator, including scripting with Adobe ExtendScript (JavaScript), is highly valued. Experience working across multiple operating systems—including macOS, Windows, and Linux—is advantageous, as is knowledge of Python and web technologies such as HTML and CSS.

A proactive mindset, adaptability to new technologies, and a strong willingness to learn are essential. The ability to work independently within a small development team, along with strong problem-solving abilities, effective collaboration, and clear communication skills, is required. Proficiency in written and spoken English is also expected.
