The Business Set up Advisor Manager is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the team that assists clients in establishing their businesses. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong understanding of business formation processes, regulatory requirements, and strategic planning. The Business Set up Advisor Manager will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking to start or expand their business ventures, and will work closely with them to tailor solutions that best meet their unique needs. This role combines management skills with business acumen, requiring the ability to lead a team, manage client relationships, and ensure high-quality service delivery. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of business landscapes and market trends.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of business setup advisors to achieve departmental goals.
  • Develop strategies and plans to optimize the client's business set up process.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders and serve as the escalation point for client issues.
  • Provide consultation and advisement to clients on market conditions and business opportunities.
  • Oversee the creation and implementation of business establishment documentation and contracts.
  • Ensure that the business setup services provided to clients are of the highest quality.
  • Analyze market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth and client acquisition.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance levels.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive departmental success.
  • Lead business development initiatives to attract and secure new clients.
  • Report on progress and challenges to upper management and offer strategic insights.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of five years' experience in business consultancy or advisory roles.
  • Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for business set up.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market data to drive strategic decision-making processes.
  • Proficient in project management and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
