KILONEWTONS is seeking an experienced AREA SALES MANAGER with 5+ years in B2B sales leadership to drive revenue growth across Dubai and the UAE. If you’re a results-driven sales professional with a talent for team leadership and market expansion, we want you!

Key Responsibilities

Develop & execute regional sales strategies to exceed revenue targets

Lead, mentor, and expand a high-performing sales team

Identify and secure new business opportunities in key markets

Build strong relationships with enterprise clients and distributors

Analyze market trends and adjust sales approaches accordingly

Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track performance and pipeline

Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns

Prepare detailed reports on sales metrics and forecasts

Must-Have Qualifications

5+ years in sales management (preferably in [industry – construction/IT/manufacturing])

Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets

Strong Leadership Skills With Experience Building Sales Teams

Expertise in CRM software and sales analytics tools

Excellent negotiation and client management abilities

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Valid UAE driving license (for client visits)
