Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to take the lead in growing our client base, forming strong partnerships, and driving revenue. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring junior sales staff to elevate the overall sales team performance.
This is a full-time, in-house role requiring a high level of ownership, a strong network in the UAE market, and fluency in both English and Arabic.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategic plans to acquire new clients and expand business opportunities.
• Identify potential clients in Real Estate, F&B, and Beauty and deliver customized marketing solutions.
• Handle full sales cycle: from lead generation and pitching to negotiation and closing.
• Build long-term relationships and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Train, guide, and support junior sales representatives to ensure consistency in sales processes and performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams and the founder to ensure smooth handovers and client satisfaction.
• Attend relevant events and exhibitions to represent the agency and drive brand visibility.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years experience in Business Development or B2B Sales within the digital marketing, media, or advertising industry.
• Strong understanding of the UAE market, sales cycles, and industry trends.
• Proven experience in mentoring or leading sales teams.
• Fluent in English and Arabic – both written and spoken.
• Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and highly results-oriented.
