General Overview:


Our client, a well-established Insurance Brokerage Company, is looking for an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join their team and help drive growth within the UAE insurance market.


The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in selling insurance products, an established portfolio of clients, and in-depth knowledge of the UAE insurance sector. This role requires a dynamic professional with strong relationship-building skills and the ability to achieve ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities:


  • Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across different lines of Insurance.
  • Leverage existing portfolio and networks to generate leads and expand market share.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate and SME clients.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential growth areas.
  • Prepare and deliver tailored insurance solutions aligned with client needs.
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
  • Collaborate with underwriting and operations teams to ensure smooth policy issuance and client servicing.
  • Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the UAE insurance industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
  • Established client portfolio in the UAE insurance market.
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, market practices, and regulatory environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to generate own leads and work independently.
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
