With international commissions spanning boutique hotels, high-end restaurants, luxury residences, and retail spaces, they blend innovation with functionality to craft environments that don’t just look beautiful — they work beautifully.


Now, they’re looking for a Business Development Executive — someone with the drive, network, and commercial edge to connect their world-class design expertise with the clients who need it most.

Who We’re Looking For


You’re a natural dealmaker who thrives on creating and sustaining relationships in competitive industries. Whether you’re pitching to a hotel developer, securing a partnership with a real estate group, or mapping out market opportunities, you know how to influence, negotiate, and close.

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in architecture, interior design, real estate, or related industries
  • UAE market experience (minimum 2+ years) with strong local networks
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (certifications in Business Development/Sales/Marketing are a plus)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to turn vision into signed deals
  • A sharp sense of design trends and creative thinking to elevate proposals
  • Excellent communication in English; Arabic is a plus


Your Mission


  • Drive growth: Lead prospecting, identify new business opportunities, and develop a strong pipeline.
  • Own relationships: Build, manage, and nurture client accounts with hospitality groups, developers, and investors.
  • Pitch with impact: Deliver compelling presentations and proposals that secure service and fit-out contracts.
  • Analyze and act: Research market trends, track competition, and shape strategies that keep the firm ahead.
  • Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with design and project teams to deliver on client needs.
  • Promote the brand: Represent the firm at events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities, positioning them as the go-to design partner.
