Xelware is inviting candidates to apply for the post of Business Development Executive

Dubai - UAE


Roles & Responsibilities


Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets, should have B2B or B2C sales experience.

Generate lead through call or meeting.

Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them

Present and demonstrate products or services to clients

Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads

Prepare sales reports and forecasts


Desired Candidate Profile


1-2 years of experience in sales, business development.

Able to communicate, connect with C level, Banks IT heads, CTO, COO, etc?

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong negotiation and closing skills

Ability to work independently

Good time management and organizational skills

English speaking
