Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the courier and cargo sector.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance brand visibility and market presence.
  • Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the management team.
  • Prepare and present proposals and sales contracts to potential clients.
  • Provide clients with service information and recommendations tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to maximize company profits.
  • Monitor progress of projects and ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Analyze client feedback to improve service offerings and customer satisfaction.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to expand professional network and opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or similar role in logistics.
  • Strong understanding of courier and cargo operations and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Self-motivated with a strong drive to achieve and surpass goals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Solid analytical skills and a knack for conducting market research.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
