Job Description

The Business Analyst is a key member of our team who serves as a bridge between our technology designers and business stakeholders. The primary goal of the Business Analyst is to understand business processes, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that business data aligns seamlessly with company goals. In this role, you will analyze data to inform decisions, manage project lifecycles, and communicate changes effectively. As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for liaising with multiple teams to gather requirements, document processes, and recommend solutions that enhance our business performance. You will leverage critical thinking and analytical skills to solve complex problems, making you integral to driving strategic initiatives forward.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
  • Analyze business processes and suggest improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Document requirements, processes, and technical specifications for new projects.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather comprehensive project requirements.
  • Create detailed reports to visualize insights and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure alignment of project deliverables with business expectations.
  • Develop business models and use cases to guide project implementations.
  • Monitor project progress and report any risks or issues to management stakeholders.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of enterprise-wide data management strategies.
  • Ensure that solutions meet business needs and align with strategic goals.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the business domain trends and best practices.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on new systems and processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role for at least two years.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
  • Experience with business process modeling and requirements engineering.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools like Excel or Tableau.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.
  • Understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
