Job Description

As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our IT offerings and business operations. By analyzing business needs and providing data-driven solutions, you will help us maximize our operational effectiveness and achieve strategic objectives. You will be responsible for engaging with stakeholders to understand their challenges, gathering and interpreting data, and creating detailed reports that facilitate decision-making processes. Your keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills will be essential in understanding complex business processes and identifying areas for improvement. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to innovate and streamline our business operations, making a significant impact on our bottom line.


Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements accurately.
  • Develop and monitor detailed project plans and track progress against timelines.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and patterns relevant to the business needs.
  • Facilitate effective communication between business units and technology teams to enhance collaboration.
  • Create user stories and process flows to support product development initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation of business cases and feasibility studies to support investment decisions.
  • Analyze data sets to derive actionable insights for business process improvements.
  • Ensure the alignment of projects with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Provide support during the project implementation phase to ensure effective execution.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to assess project outcomes and document lessons learned.
  • Develop standard operating procedures and best practices to improve efficiency.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and techniques in business analysis.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role in a corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management.
  • Proficiency in using visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI required.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.
