Your Role: As a Broker Sales Executive, you will support our network of global brokers in promoting and providing Cigna products to their clients. This role involves relationship building, account management, and engaging in business-to-business (B2B) telephony sales to drive growth and ensure broker satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with global brokers to understand their needs and enhance their ability to sell our products.
  • Partner with brokers to facilitate product knowledge and market strategies.
  • Provide consistent communication and updates on product changes, company initiatives, and industry trends.
  • Conduct outbound telephony sales calls to brokers, facilitating their ability to convey our product benefits effectively to clients.
  • Deliver training sessions and support materials that enable brokers to better understand and sell our products.
  • Provide solutions and address any queries brokers might have promptly and efficiently.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure brokers receive comprehensive support.
  • Act as a liaison between brokers and internal departments to facilitate timely resolution of issues.

Skills And Knowledge Needed

  • Knowledge: The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, particularly in a business-to-business (B2B) environment, and experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with brokers.
  • Skills:
  • Strong Relationship Building Skills: The ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with global brokers to understand their needs and enhance their ability to sell Cigna Products
  • Sales Skills: Experience in conducting outbound telephony sales calls to brokers and facilitating their ability to convey product benefits effectively to clients
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to provide solutions and address any queries brokers might have promptly and efficiently
  • Collaboration Skills: The ability to work closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure brokers receive comprehensive support

What We Offer

  • Role shift and working hours – may require flexibility to cover the Americas markets (typical shift would be Monday to Thursday 4pm - midnight, Fridays 12pm - 8pm)
