Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Brand Specialist with fluency in Arabic to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Brand Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing brand strategies that align with our business objectives and drive brand growth in the Arabic-speaking markets. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and develop creative marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market trends, consumer needs, and cultural nuances in Arabic-speaking regions, as well as exceptional communication and project management skills.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance brand visibility in Arabic markets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align branding initiatives with business goals.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns for Arabic-speaking audiences.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and insights in Arabic regions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and communication channels.
  • Develop compelling content in Arabic for various digital and print media outlets.
  • Monitor brand performance and track key metrics to assess campaign effectiveness.
  • Work with external agencies and partners to execute branding and marketing activities.
  • Identify and leverage opportunities for strategic partnerships in Arabic-speaking regions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for continuous brand improvement and development.
  • Coordinate and manage brand-related events and promotions in Arabic-speaking countries.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to inform branding strategies.

Requirements

  • Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in brand management or marketing in Arabic-speaking markets.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and consumer behavior in Arabic regions.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and methods for brand promotion.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
