Job Description

As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing marketing initiatives and activities for a particular brand or product. Your primary goal is to build the brand and increase its awareness and presence in the market. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to create a unified brand strategy that resonates with customers, aligns with overall business objectives, and ultimately drives sales growth. You will conduct market research to understand consumer behavior, manage budgets, and work with advertising agencies to create impactful promotional events. You will also play a crucial role in monitoring brand performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize marketing efforts, and protecting the brand’s integrity across all channels and platforms. Your leadership will guide the brand to maintain insight-driven innovation, ensuring its competitive edge in an ever-evolving market landscape.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement brand strategies to enhance market position.
  • Conduct market research to understand consumer preferences and trends.
  • Coordinate with marketing teams to create effective advertising campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field required.
  • Proven experience as a brand manager or similar role is essential.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking are mandatory.
  • Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix is necessary.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
  • Creative mindset with strong problem-solving capabilities required.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
