Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Develop detailed electrical BIM models using Revit and other BIM tools.
Collaborate with design and site teams to ensure coordination across disciplines.
Perform clash detection and resolve issues in coordination with other services.
Maintain model accuracy and incorporate updates based on design changes.
Generate coordinated shop drawings from BIM models.
Ensure compliance with project standards and local regulations.
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum of 4–6 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling for electrical systems, with a strong focus on UAE-based building construction projects.
Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM-related software.
Good understanding of electrical systems, drawings, and coordination processes.
