Marketing Manager | MAF Entertainment | Head Office

Role Summary

Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment is seeking a highly motivated and creative B2B Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will focus on driving marketing initiatives to support the Corporate, Tourism, Partnerships, and Education sectors by collaborating closely with the Sales team to understand business requirements.

ROLE PROFILE

  • Work closely with the Sales team to understand their specific needs for marketing collateral and event support to meet sales objectives and drive revenue growth across Corporate, Tourism, Partnerships, and Education sectors.
  • Own and execute B2B marketing strategy across multiple markets including the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Saudi Arabia, Egypt, Bahrain, Kuwait, Qatar, and Lebanon.
  • Brief internal departments such as Marketing, Creative, and Operations to produce high-quality creative assets, including brochures, presentations, digital content, and other sales tools to support the B2B sales process.
  • Act as a unifying force across brand-specific marketing teams to align campaigns that involve multiple brands under the Majid Al Futtaim Entertainment portfolio.
  • Lead the planning and execution of B2B events, including corporate partnerships, trade shows, and sector-specific activations.
  • Ensure that events are aligned with business goals and deliver a high-impact experience for clients.
  • Act as the main liaison between the Sales team and other internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Operations,) to ensure that all B2B marketing materials and initiatives are produced on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the entertainment, tourism, or education sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the B2B sales cycle and the ability to create marketing strategies that support revenue generation.
  • High-level creative skills, with experience in producing both digital and print marketing materials.
  • Knowledge of the entertainment industry and the Corporate, Tourism, and Education sectors is a plus.
  • Occasional travel for events and client meetings may be required.
