Job Description

As an Automotive Parts Sales Executive, your primary role is to drive sales and revenue in the automotive parts sector by developing strong relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will be at the forefront of identifying customer needs, recommending suitable parts, and finalizing sales with a thorough understanding of automotive products and market trends. Your expertise will enable you to manage client accounts efficiently, increasing sales volumes while maintaining profitability. You must possess excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and negotiate beneficial arrangements with clients. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with automotive parts clients to boost sales.
  • Identify and analyze customer requirements to provide appropriate parts solutions and advice.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to implement effective sales strategies.
  • Negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and service agreements with clients to maximize profitability.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify opportunities in the automotive industry.
  • Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts to monitor progress towards sales targets.
  • Handle customer queries and issues professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage inventory levels by coordinating with suppliers to ensure availability of needed parts.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to promote products and expand the client base.
  • Provide training and support to customers on the use and benefits of different automotive parts.
  • Collaborate with logistics to ensure timely delivery of parts to customers.
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and adjust sales tactics accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales, specifically in the automotive parts industry.
  • Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories with market trends understanding.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for client interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and sales forecasting tools to track sales activity.
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly for client meetings.
