An Automation/ELV Sales Manager plays a critical role in driving the growth of the company's automation and Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) system offerings. This position requires a seasoned sales professional with a robust understanding of automation technologies and ELV solutions, combined with the strategic acumen to identify and capitalize on market opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a track record of achieving sales targets, and the ability to establish and nurture strong client relationships. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in automation or ELV sectors.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales quotas consistently.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills are essential.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and articulate their benefits.
  • Excellent relationship management and client engagement capabilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools is highly desirable.
