Position Summary: The Strategy & Transformation team is leading some of the most critical and exciting initiatives of the company, where we bring problem-solving and data skills together to make a change in the way the organization operates.

Within the Strategy & Transformation team, Property Finder is looking for a strong associate, Strategic Pricing & Growth, who will be primarily responsible for supporting pricing strategy and driving pricing across different PF products. Role would require partnering with CXO team, product, commercial, marketing, analytics and finance teams to drive business impact. This is a high impact role with C-level visibility. Key responsibilities:

  • Own and deliver a critical workstream on a strategic pricing related topic with guidance
  • Build and maintain pricing models for existing and / or new PF products
  • Carry out pricing changes and pricing model updates at a regular cadence for key PF products as BAU
  • Support as required in building new monetization products and PMO
  • Think and execute ways to drive efficiency and improvements within existing pricing models / strategies including automation
  • Drive thinking on dashboard design to ensure proper reporting of pricing changes and impact tracking.
  • Track impact of pricing changes / actions on the business.
  • Create and maintain pricing related documentation and change history.
  • Support commercial and product team to solve business issues and create impact via pricing levers and new pricing models / approaches.
  • Coordinate and work with the rest of the organization to support mobilization and implementation of the pricing strategy & actions.
  • Establish and manage a partnership with Product, Commercial, marketing and Finance team to drive go-to-market for pricing actions.
  • Present findings, insights and recommendations on a regular basis to Senior leadership
  • Receive outstanding training as well as frequent coaching and mentoring from colleagues on your teams
  • Learn how to solve business problems using a hypothesis driven approach to create business impact

Desired Qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience at a top management consulting firm
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong command over MS excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Having an eye on detail, immediately picking up issues and data quality problems
  • Fluency in English and strong oral and written communication skills
  • Some basic story-telling ability:
    • Ability to extract insights from data, translate that into clear, actionable recommendations and put a compelling business case for the recommendations
    • Ability to put together basic presentations for mid-level audiences with a clear storyline
  • Ability to work and coordinate with people at all levels in the organization
  • Proven record of high performance and achievements in education life and career
  • SQL and Tableau knowledge is a plus and not a must but willingness to learn some basics would be considered a plus.
