Job Description

As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the marketing department by facilitating communication, implementing marketing strategies, and analyzing marketing metrics. You will assist in the development and execution of marketing plans, coordinate with stakeholders, and contribute to the overall growth of the organization. Your role will demand a high level of creativity, strong analytical skills, and excellent organizational abilities. Responsibilities

  • Organize and attend marketing activities to raise brand awareness and network.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies to maintain competitiveness.
  • Maintain relationships with media vendors to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.
  • Develop creative content for digital platforms to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience as a marketing assistant or similar role in marketing.
  • Strong understanding of marketing principles and methods for promoting products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, etc.).
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team and independently on projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
