Developing Strategy
As the Strategy & Corporate Development Assistant Manager /Manager, you will report to the Middle East Strategy & Corporate Development Director as part of the CEO’s office and work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Executive group. This role focuses on corporate strategy and initiatives and will require discussion with senior stakeholders across the firm, so high levels of professionalism, communication skills, and speed and quality of delivery are key. Through this role you will develop deep insight into the DME’s strategy and operations and support the firm to navigate opportunities and challenges. You will demonstrate your capabilities in the following areas:
Bring your ideas and drive to refresh, report on, implement and mature Strategy and strategic initiatives
Monitor the implementation of multiple projects across businesses
Contribute to Strategy development to transform concepts into a tangible strategy and action plans
Evaluate investment propositions, impact and outcomes
Work with the S&CD Director to deliver strategic projects that support the execution of DME Ambition 28
Prepare evidence-based analysis to support findings and inform the direction of initiatives
Analyze financial data to develop insight and positions to inform the DME CEO and Executive
Prepare slides to present A28 and strategy initiatives to various internal forums and cascade strategy into action
Monitor strategic level competitor activity
Support the preparation and development of the DME scorecard
Track potential Corporate development deals that require consideration, and record their outcomes
Supports other initiatives that arise at short notice and are time-sensitive
Corporate development
Work with S&CD Director on investment planning including gathering input and prioritizing investment requirements from Businesses and Industries
Develop Business cases to attract global funding for team lifts and acquisitions
Insights gathering and review of potential targets
Special Projects And Initiatives
Analyze change to the Storefront as received from NSE and assess impact on DME BLs and EFs
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure required changes from the Storefront are implemented
Supporting the development and delivery of the Annual Partners Meeting

Qualifications
Bachelor/Master degree, preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or any other related business studies
English language fluency required; Arabic is a plus
Demonstrated understanding of financial and data analysis, and scenario modelling
Proficiency (advanced) with Excel and PowerPoint
Ability to communicate professionally with partners and high-level executives
Able to work effectively with stakeholders in a matrix and multi-cultural organization
Proactive and results-oriented team player with demonstrated ability to work under pressure
Possess strong project management and time management skills.
