As an Architect, you will be instrumental in designing and overseeing the construction of buildings and structures. Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive architectural designs for new construction projects and renovations.

• Collaborate closely with engineers to integrate structural, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Create detailed plans, drawings, and specifications using design and drafting software.
• Conduct site planning and oversee the construction process to ensure adherence to design.
• Consult with clients to determine their needs and project vision, ensuring responsiveness to requirements.
• Ensure that all designs comply with relevant local building codes and safety regulations.
• Lead the bid process and select contractors for project construction and development phases.
• Monitor budgetary constraints and project timelines, adjusting as necessary for project success.
• Stay updated with the latest design trends, ensuring incorporation into modern architecture practices.
• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects, offering guidance and support to develop their skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a closely related field of study is required.
• Licensure as a professional architect in the respective state or region.
• At least 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD and BIM software, including AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
• Excellent analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
