We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

• Develop architectural designs and plans for various client projects.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and project requirements.
• Ensure architectural designs comply with local laws, regulations, and codes.
• Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using CAD software.
• Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain project timelines and budgets through effective project management.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to plans.
• Provide support during the construction phase, including site inspections.
• Incorporate sustainable and eco-friendly solutions into architectural designs.
• Stay updated with new technologies, materials, and industry trends.
• Communicate project status and updates to stakeholders and clients regularly.
• Prepare and present project proposals and reports to clients and management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Licensed as an architect within the country or state of practice.
• Proficiency in CAD software and other architectural design tools.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and oral.
• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading architectural projects.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
