Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field is required.
• Proven work experience as an Application Analyst or similar role in IT.
• Strong technical skills including knowledge of databases and programming languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities to address system issues effectively.
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience writing detailed technical documentation and user guides.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies preferred.
