Job Description: We are looking for a skilled and experienced Aluminum Fabrication Foreman with a strong background in aluminum cladding and fabrication. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of various aluminum systems and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage aluminum fabrication and cladding projects from start to finish.

• Ensure proper installation of ACP, louvers, brackets, runners, aluminum handrails, roof cladding, glass panels, and other related components.

• Oversee daily operations on the shop floor and site, ensuring tasks are completed according to the project schedule.

• Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

• Manage and coordinate laborers, ensuring efficient use of resources and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

• Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aluminum cladding and fabrication.

• In-depth knowledge of all types of aluminum systems.

• Proven experience in the installation of ACP, louvers, brackets, runners, aluminum handrails, roof cladding, glass panels, and other related components.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
