The Advertising Sales Associate is tasked with driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with new and existing clients. This role involves understanding clients’ needs and developing creative advertising solutions to meet their objectives. The ideal candidate is a results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a passion for the advertising industry. As a key player in the sales team, the Advertising Sales Associate will work collaboratively with marketing and creative teams to craft compelling sales presentations and close deals. Responsibilities

  • Develop strong relationships with potential clients to drive advertising sales growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create comprehensive advertising solutions for clients.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive and tailored sales presentations to clients.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Research and stay updated on industry trends to effectively communicate value propositions.
  • Manage a pipeline of client accounts and ensure timely follow-ups and communications.
  • Negotiate contracts and manage pricing agreements with advertising clients.
  • Monitor the performance of ad campaigns and adjust strategies as necessary for improvement.
  • Participate in sales meetings and provide clear reporting on sales activities and forecasts.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate new business leads.
  • Work with clients to understand their advertising needs and suggest appropriate solutions.
  • Provide post-sale support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in advertising sales or a related industry is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for client interactions.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in past roles.
  • Ability to understand and analyze market trends to craft effective sales strategies.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively and ethically.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related technology tools.
