Job Description

A Telesales Executive plays a critical role in promoting and selling products or services via telephone. This position requires an individual who is both results-driven and capable of consistently meeting sales targets while building profitable customer relationships. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and persuading them to purchase our offerings. You must possess excellent communication skills, patience, and persistence to engage with customers effectively. Success in this role involves converting prospects to new customers through engaging dialogues while maintaining a professional manner. You will also need to update the CRM system regularly, follow up on leads, and provide excellent customer service to retain existing customers. Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound sales calls to potential clients to generate leads and sales opportunities.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
  • Deliver persuasive product presentations and demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional sales service.
  • Update and manage customer databases with relevant information for future sales calls.
  • Schedule appointments for prospects and follow-ups for continued sales engagement.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management.
  • Handle objections and rejections professionally while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and market intelligence.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the sales manager as required.
  • Adhere to company policies and regulations during the telesales process.

Requirements

  • Proven experience working as a Telesales Executive or in a similar role.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for engaging customer interactions.
  • Strong negotiation skills and an ability to overcome customer objections effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for managing customer data.
  • Ability to handle high call volumes while maintaining sales quality and efficiency.
  • Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and a results-oriented approach to sales.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional sales training or certifications is a plus.
